Biographical information

Hey Guys! My name is Danielle =]
Most people just call me D.
I’m from the land of 10,000 lakes and -20 degree weather, aka Minnesota… Don’t worry though; my accent isn’t too bad… I don’t think so anyway =]
I’m best described as ambitious, loving, adventurous, funny, and tall. I am 6’3” and before you ask, no I don’t play basketball =]
I turn 18 in exactly one week, so I’m pretty excited about that!
I’ll be graduating HS and getting an AA degree end of this semester, and hopefully starting as a junior at Bethel University this fall… but we’ll see about that.
I work at Caribou Coffee as a barista, and thus I am mildly against Starbucks…
Let’s see, I’ve worked at Trout Lake Bible Camp for the past 3 summers, and thus haven’t ever been on a mission trip, so I am excited as all get out for this trip! I’ve been a janitor (I drive a mean golf cart), a cook (I can grill 200 burgers in an hour); I ran the ice cream shop at camp one summer ( I can… scoop a lot of ice cream…?) … I’ve pretty much done a little of everything =]
One time I opened for Skillet and Thousand Foot Crutch… in front of 10,000 people… so that’s probably the coolest fun-fact about me!
I’ve been felt led to Africa since I was 12 or 13, so finally getting to go feels absolutely amazing… I know that God will use me in so many ways this summer… and I am excited to see him work through me and in me =]
